Refund Policy

At Jamaican Favorite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food and personal care items), we can only accept returns or issue refunds for items that meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a quality issue reported within the allowed period

2. Refund Request Period

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at sales@jamaicanfavorite.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Approval

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Perishable food items that have been opened or consumed
  • Personal care products that have been used or unsealed
  • Gift cards or promotional discounts

6. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we will ship a new product to you at no additional charge once the issue is verified.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@jamaicanfavorite.com.
